Cambridge Apple & Cinnamon Porridge – 144 Calories
Cambridge Weight Plan Apple & Cinnamon Porridge is a great choice for breakfast or dinner and is made with 140ml (5 fl oz) of hot water and microwaved for just 1 minute, At only 144 calories. You need to consume all CWP packs within 15 minutes of making them and this one does need a couple of minutes to cool down I usually leave it for 5 minutes to let it settle. It tastes quite creamy and oaty like a porridge should and you can really smell and taste the apple & cinnamon in it. Obviously you cannot make it with a shaker so while you are on the go this isn’t the best selection but hopefully most people have access to a microwave in their work place or at home and because this is a hot option it really does fill you up too, perfect for those cold mornings.
This is another really good choice if you have a sweet tooth as although you cannot put sweetner it in you honestly don’t need to.
