Cambridge Chocolate Mint Bars – 174 Calories
Cambridge Diet Chocolate Mint bars taste amazing. I am a total chocaholic so this really takes my sweet cravings away and they taste similar to crunchy mints sticks/match makers by Nestle I @hit you not!
They do have a gritty texture once you bite into them but the chocolate mint flavour totally makes you forget about that and the fact it is a diet meal bar with only 174 calories in it.
Also the bar is fairly big compared to other bars non Cambridge diet related like Tracker bars for example, so its not a case of two bites and you have eaten it all. You can make it last a bit longer. Before starting the plan I used to have a duo mars bar or a large bar not a regular size bar so I did look at it to begin with and think “that is not enough” and how is that going to fill me up but honestly it does the job.
Anyone following the plan who struggles with a sweet tooth will love this bar and when you can’t have a bar of regular chocolate these are the next best thing.
