cambridge leek & potato lactose free soupUmm even though this is a lactose free option which is think is great for people who are the Leek & Potato was the Cambridge soup I was most looking forward to trying and I was not disappointed at all.

I love leeks so the fact it is quite leeky J really worked for me and the potato flavour and gritty texture made this for me a great choice from the 6 soups available on the plan.

What Cambridge Dieters Say:

leek and potato one was too bland for me” – Lisa Simmonds

“the Leek and Potato one is lovely. The taste isn’t over powering – Only thing missing from a cup of Leek and Potato soup is a nice chunky slice of bread!” – Vikki Harrison

“leek n potato is my fav” – Sally Duff

“leek and potato-o-k but very bland” – Helen Wade

Directions

Add 227ml (8 fl oz) of hot (not boiling) water into a container, add the sachet to the water , using a blender or whisk, mix until smooth with no lumpy bits – eat within 15 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend using your shaker to make up the soups :-)
