Cambridge Lemon Yoghurt Bar – 184 Calories
The Cambridge Lemon Yoghurt bar is quite a new addition to the Cambridge Weight Plan bar range. It is coated in a lemon yoghurt flavour coating, a bit like a soft icing type texture, and it is very sweet which is another perfect choice if you have a sweet tooth and also want something to eat rather than a shake or soup. Underneath the coating the bar is quite stodgy and oaty to the taste, combined with the coating it is sweeter than other Cambridge bars but in no way sickly.
The bar is 50g in weight, high in protein and fibre and like the other bars you are limited to only 1 per day and you need to drink an additional 1/2 pint of water on top of your daily recommended water intake (water intake is dependent on the plan you are following)
