cambridge mushroom lactose free soupThe Cambridge mushroom soup is another of the two lactose free soups available and again a very nice soup, tasty, creamy and thick with little bits of mushrooms to chew on, I loved the chicken and mushroom but the plain mushroom one is just as nice and I would recommend you give this one a try, the fact it is lactose free is irrelevant it is a lovely soup regardless.

What Cambridge Dieters Say:

“love the mushroom one of my favs” – Helen Wade

So far I’ve tried the spicy tomato, oriental chilli and chicken and mushroom and I love them all, especially the oriental chilli, it’s so nice to have something savoury and I think they just taste like cuppa soups! Plenty of flavour in each” – Stevie Jackson.

Directions

Add 227ml (8 fl oz) of hot (not boiling) water into a container, add the sachet to the water , using a blender or whisk, mix until smooth with no lumpy bits – eat within 15 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend using your shaker to make up the soups :-)
