Perfect Mousse Using Cambridge Shakes & Mix A Mousse
USE Cambridge Mix-a-Mousse to turn your shake into a mousse that you can eat with a spoon
How to get a perfect outcome……..
Take your Cambridge shake (any flavour) and your measure of Mix-a-Mousse – then FIRST mix both powders (no water yet!).
Then add CHILLED water. To mix it up, use a blender, not a shaker as it needs to really really mix. Do it for 2 mins- nothing shorter, then ensure there is no lumps and its completely even.
Then leave it to set in the fridge (or a quicker blast in the freezer, but don’t forget its in there!) and you get a PERFECT yummy mousse to eat.
