  • 245g of chicken (skinless and remove all fat you can reduce chicken if its too much)
  • 40g of brown rice
  • 40g green pepper
  • 40g spring onion
  • 1 -2 level tsp Scwartz chargrilled chicken spice
  • 1tsp of cambridge vegetable flavour (or stock)
  • Frylight spray oil
  1. Add cold water to a pan and boil
  2. Add 1 tsp of cambridge vegetable flavouring or stock and stir
  3. Add rice to the water and cook until rice is soft (15-20 minutes)
  4. Slice the chicken into strips
  5. Slice peppers and onion into strips
  6. Place chicken in a wok, with frylight & sprinkle the chargrilled chicken spice
  7. Cook chicken through (5-6 minutes)
  8. Add peppers and onions to the chicken and cook for further 3-4 minutes
  9. Add the cooked rice to the chicken, onion and peppers
  10. Mix together
  11. Serve immediately
