Ingredients
  • 200g of extra lean minced beef (ensure it is extra lean otherwise it isn't free)
  • Chopped onion
  • Pickled gherkin, sliced - I don't like these though so I left it out
  • Shredded iceburg lettuce
  • 4 tbsp of kraft light thousand island dressing (2 Syns)
  • Sliced tomato - I added this as I love tomatoes
  • 3 mini babybel light cheeses – sliced
Instructions
  1. Add the onions and mince to a frying pan
  2. Fry with fry light until brown and cooked through
  3. Layer the bottom of a bowl with shredded lettuce & some gerkin & tomato
  4. Then add over the top half of your mince and onions
  5. Add half the slices of babybel on top
  6. Then add another layer of lettuce, gerkin & tomato
  7. Add the rest of the mince/onion on top
  8. Place other half of babybel slices on top
  9. Enjoy!
