Chargrilled chicken made in a really simple way
Recipe type: Simple Food (suitable on Cambridge Weight Plan SS+ & 245g Chicken for Step 2)

  • 170g Chicken breast (all visible fat & skin removed)
  • 40g Green Pepper (sliced)
  • 40g Mushrooms (peeled and quartered)
  • 5-6 sprays of Fry Light spray oil
  • 1 Level tbsp of Schwartz Chargrilled Chicken
  1. Heat oven to 180c
  2. Slice the chicken into strips
  3. Slice the green pepper into long strips
  4. Peel & quarter the mushrooms
  5. Take a non stick oven tray and lightly spray with fry light
  6. Put the chicken, peppers and mushrooms into a bowl and add the Schwartz Chargrilled chicken
  7. Spray the contents of the bowl with fry light oil spray 4-5 times
  8. Mix together
  9. Pour onto the oven tray and spread out (to ensure the chicken cooks properly)
  10. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes
  11. Then turn the chicken over and cook for further 10 minutes
  12. Remove from oven and serve
