Ingredients
  • 90g tinned tuna (in water not oil)
  • 1 large egg
  • 20g mushrooms chopped up
  • 20g spring onion
  • 40g green salad
  • Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Open tuna and drain water away and ad to a large bowl
  2. Add the egg, chopped mushrooms, spring onion and pepper
  3. Mix together
  4. Take a frying pan and add some spray oil (or use a non stick pan)
  5. Take the mixture and make into small balls and place on the pan
  6. Cook until solid on each side
  7. Serve with green salad
