Ingredients
  • 170g Turkey bread mince (no fat or skin)
  • 20g finely chopped leeks
  • ½ tsp all spice
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
  • 30g Lettuce
  • 30g cucumber
  • Fry light oil
Instructions
  1. Place the turkey mince into a bowl
  2. Chop the leeks finely and add with the turkey mince
  3. Add the all spice, mixed herbs and chilli pepper
  4. Mix all ingredients together and make 2 medium sized burgers
  5. Place into a non stick fying pan or a couple of sprays of fry light
  6. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip over and cook other side for 6 minutes
  7. They should be golden brown on both sides
  8. Serve immediately with lettuce and cucumber salad
