  • 1 pint of water
  • 1 tsp of cambridge vegetable flavouring
  • 1 tsp of mixed herbs
  • 245g of chicken
  • 200g of new potaotes
  • 80g of leeks
  • 1tsp of schwartz chargrilled chicken
  1. Add the pint of water to a medium pan and bring to the boil
  2. Whilst the water is boiling slice the potatoes into small cubes
  3. Slice the leeks into thick strips
  4. Slice the chicken into chunks or strips whichever you prefer (not too thick)
  5. Add the herbs and vegetable flavouring to the boiling water and stir thoroughly
  6. Add the sliced chicken, leeks and potatoes to the water and stir
  7. Bring to the boil and then simmer on high heat for approx 30 minutes
  8. You will have a thick consistency once cooked due to the starch in the potatoes
  9. Serve whilst hot and enjoy
