exante porridge oatsI have to say in all honesty the porridge does taste very good indeed. It has its own sweetener so you don’t need to add any crushed tablet form sweetener to it, the lumpy bits pass very well as porridge and overall it is really nice. I would have this for breakfast any day of the week. It is also nice and creamy too and I like my porridge to be exactly how the Exante porridge is, very impressed overall with this.

How to make Exante Porridge

  1. Add 200mls of cold water to the packet contents in a bowl
  2. Stir well to incorporate all the powder
  3. Place in microwave for 2 mins 30 secs, stopping to stir frequently
  4. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. If a thicker consistency is preferred leave to stand for up to 5 minutes

You can buy these online individual or as part of a mixed bumper pack with free UK next day delivery so you can start the plan right away. >>> click here to visit the Exante Diet website to find out more>>> and buy products online
