exante shephards pieThe Exante Diet Shepherd’s Pie is another one of their meals in a sachet and I have to say it is not too bad at all. There is a distinct taste of potato and bits of what feels like beef and tastes like it too. For my taste buds it was a little too beefy but it certainly presents itself as a nicer looking sachet meal compared to the carbonara I tried which I was not impressed with.

As Exante describes it on their website it is a big bowl of mash potato and it is the perfect comfort food for this time of year when it is cold and horrible outside. It is certainly my favourite meal so far and did taste delicious it is hard to believe it comes from a packet mix and that it is only 201 calories. I also found I was quite full afterwards, probably because it is warm too but on the whole a very nice product from Exante.
