Week 11 – 2 Lbs Lost – Slimming World Food Diary – Extra Easy Plan

ice pudding with almond milkThis week was a really good week I so needed the 2 lbs loss to get me back on the right track again, mind wise,  after a couple of reasonable weeks where I had been disappointed.

I did cut down on my new potatoes intake and I also swapped around some foods and generally cut down my Syns from 10 ish to 5 so I did make a few changes and tried some new foods too. A loss gives you a big boost and makes you feel confident about the plan again too so really looking forward to weigh in next week and hoping for a good result again.

Plan Followed – Extra Easy

Thursday 6th June – Total Syns 3.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • 2 boiled eggs & salad
  • Salad
  • Muller light
  • Apple

Dinner

  • Pork loin
  • 3 new potatoes
  • Salad & red onion
  • Tub of quark & sweetener
  • Option outrageous orange 11g (1.5 Syns)


Friday 7th June – Total Syns 7.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • 2 boiled eggs & salad
  • Salad
  • Muller light
  • Apple

Dinner

  • Gammon
  • Salad
  • Aunt bessies homestyle oven chips 200g (6 Syns)
  • Mushrooms fried in fry light
  • Strawberries
  • Tub of quark
  • Options Belgian chocolate 11g sachet (1.5 Syns)

Saturday 1st June – Total Syns 3

 

 

Breakfast

  • 2 x eggs (sweet omelette)
  • Fresh berries & raspberries
  • Banna
  • Muller light over the top

Lunch

  • Banana
  • Alpen light bar
  • 500 ml blue diamond almon breeze almond milk (HEA)
  • 60g pudding rice (made rice pudding with 200ml of milk & sweetner)
  • Frozen berries with rice pudding
  • Muller light

 

Dinner

  • New potatoes x 3
  • Salad
  • Aldi ready to cook chicken in bacon with cheese x 1  (1 Syn)
  • 2 x white sugar (black coffee) (2 Syns)

 

Sunday 9th June – Total Syns 7

Breakfast

  • 500 ml blue diamond almon breeze almond milk (HEA)
  • 60g pudding rice (made rice pudding with 200ml of milk & sweetner)
  • Frozen berries with rice pudding & strawberries

Lunch

  • 60g of brown bread (HEB)
  • Aldi ready to cook chicken in bacon with cheese x 1  (1 Syn)
  • Salad in the sandwich
  • Flora light (2 Syns)

Dinner

  • 2 weight watchers sausages (1 Syn)
  • Onions, peppers & mushrooms
  • Tub of quark
  • Option indulgence chocolate brownie 11g sachet (3 Syns)

Monday 10th June – Total Syns 4.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • Salad & new potatoes x 2
  • Apple x 2
  • Banana
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • 3 weight watchers sausages (1.5 Syns)
  • Salad
  • Tub of quark
  • Option indulgence chocolate brownie 11g sachet (3 Syns)
  • Strawberries

 

Tuesday 11th June – Total Syns 8.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Strawberries

Lunch

  • Turkey breast with bacon and mushrooms
  • Salad
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • 3 weight watchers sausages (1.5 Syn)
  • New potatoes, peppers, mushrooms
  • 2 2 digestive light biscuits (6 Syns)

Wednesday 12th June – Total Syns – 26.5(weigh in night)

 

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • Turkey and bacon left over salad
  • Apple

Dinner (after weigh in & we had a taster night)

  • 2 x basic white bread 800g loaf (14 Syns)
  • Bacon no fat
  • Dairy milk marvellous creations (12.5 Syns)
