Week 12 – 2.5 Lbs Lost – Slimming World Food Diary – Extra Easy Plan

Another fantastic loss this week, finally things seem to be moving on the right track and I have also introduced some exercise as I played squash on the Monday so that may have helped this week..

Thursday 13th June – Total Syns 2.5

 

 

 

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • Turkey & bacon salad
  • Muller light
  • apple

Dinner

  • chicken stir fry with beansprouts, peppers, onions, mushrooms
  • Blue dragon chow mein sauce ½ pack (2.5 Syns)
  • Brown rice


Friday 14th June – Total Syns 6

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • chicken stir fry with beansprouts, peppers, onions, mushrooms
  • Blue dragon chow mein sauce ½ pack (2.5 Syns)
  • Brown rice
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • 2 eggs (sweet omelette)
  • Berries, apple n banana in omelette topped with muller light
  • 4 x Ryvita original (6 Syns)

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 500ml blue diamond almond milk (HEA)
  • Rice pudding made with 200ml of milk from allowance & 60g pudding rice
  • Frozen berries

Lunch

  • Salad with red onion and spring onion & chicken

 

Dinner

  • New potatoes x 3
  • Salad
  • Aldi ready to cook chicken in bacon with cheese x 1  (1 Syn)
  • Rice pudding left over from breakfast with berries

 

Sunday 9th June – Total Syns 6.5 (fathers day)

Breakfast

  • 500 ml blue diamond almon breeze almond milk (HEA)
  • 60g pudding rice (made rice pudding with 200ml of milk & sweetner)
  • Frozen berries with rice pudding & strawberries

Lunch

  • 60g of brown bread (HEB)
  • Aldi ready to cook chicken in bacon with cheese x 1  (1 Syn)
  • Salad in the sandwich

Dinner

  • Gravy granules (3 syns)
  • Chicken
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Runner beans
  • Boiled potatoes
  • SW mousse (cheesecake topping no biscuit base) (2.5 Syns)

Monday 17th June – Total Syns 4.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 500ml almond milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Rice pud made with HEA

Lunch

  • Left over chicken and huge salad

Dinner

  • Rice pud, tons of fruit and more left over chicken
  • New potatoes x 3 sliced to make it look more

  • Chicken in so juicy bbq bag (4.5 syns)

Dinner (after weigh in & we had a taster night)

  • beef burger (4 Syns)
  • SW chips
  • Cadbury marvellous creation popping candy (12 Syns)
