Week 13 – ½ Gain – Slimming World Food Diary – Extra Easy Plan

blue diamond original almond milkAlthough I gained this week by ½ lbs which is annoying, one of the things I love about Slimming World and food optimising is finding what works and what doesn’t and refining each week to try and get those losses I want, next week I will  cut down syns again and see what happens.

Thursday 20th June – Total Syns 6

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • Egg x 2 salad
  • apple

Dinner

  • Aldi chicken in bacon and cheese (1 Syn)
  • Savoury rice
  • Raspberry cheesecake left over (5 Syns)


Friday 21st June – Total Syns 7

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • Aldi chicken in bacon and cheese (1 Syn)
  • Savoury rice
  • Banana
  • apple

Dinner

  • Cinema popcorn (6 Syns)

  • Rice pudding made with 200ml of milk from allowance & 60g pudding rice

  • Bacon medallion salad
  • Rice pudding (using 200ml of HEA)
  • Cheese spread (6 Syns)
  • 2 x ryvita original (3 Syns)

 

Dinner

  • New potatoes x 3
  • Salad
  • SW burger
  • Jack Daniels & diet coke (3 Syns)

  • Boiled potatoes
  • ½ tub quark & sweetener

Monday 24th June – Total Syns 4

  • Tomato pasta n sauce & peppers
