Lunch

  • chicken wrapped in bacon medallions
  • carrot & swede

Dinner

  • 2 cheese slice (8 Syns)
  • Savoury rice
  • salad


Friday 28th June – Total Syns 3.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • raspberries 

Lunch

  • chicken wrapped in bacon medallions
  • salad
  • 2 x apples

Dinner

  • 3 x weight watchers sausages (1.5 Syns)
  • Carrots
  • Swede
  • New potatoes
  • Options mint madness drink sachet (2 Syns)

 

Saturday 29th June – Total Syns 10.5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • banana
  • Frozen berries

Lunch

  • 2 eggs in fry light
  • 3 WW sausages (1.5 Syns)
  • Baked beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato
  • Muller light
  • Frozen berries

 

Dinner

  • Brown rice
  • Chicken stir fry with peppers, mushrooms, onions & beansprouts, sweetcorn
  • Slimming world spring roll
  • 2 x Alpen light bars (6 Syns)
  • ½ sachet blue dragon chow mein sauce (3 Syns)

 

 

Sunday 30th June – Total Syns 18 (Evie’s birthday party)

Breakfast

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Mixed frozen berries from Morrison’s

Lunch

  • Had dinner late in day

Dinner

  • Turkey
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots & swede
  • Boiled potatoes
  • ½ tub quark & sweetener

Monday 1st July – Total Syns 3

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 500ml almond milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Frozen berries

Lunch

  • Omelette with mushrooms and peppers
  • Muller light
  • apple

Dinner

  • New potatoes x 3 sliced to make it look more
  • salad
  • 2 WW sausages (1 Syns)
  • Light salad cream (2 Syns)

 

Tuesday 2nd July – Total Syns 5

  • Rice pudding made with HEA
