Week 8 – 2 Lbs Lost –- Slimming World Food Diary – Extra Easy Plan

slimming world cod chips and mushy peas with saladSo last week my group convinced me to switch to the Extra Easy Plan rather than continue to follow the original plan to shake things up a bit and give my body a change as the last few weeks on original has given me fairly poor losses so I was ready to try something different.

SO the group took great pleasure in telling me “we told you so” :-) I lost 2lbs this week which I was really really pleased with and also that’s take me to a total of 7.5 lbs lost on Slimming World since I switched from Cambridge having lost 3 stones already so I also receive my first ½ stone Slimming World certificate.

All in all a really good week, I ate loads too but obviously it has worked so far.

Plan Followed – Extra Easy

Thursday 16h May 2013 – Total Syns 5

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Strawberries

Lunch

  • Cheese & broccoli pasta n sauce made with water
  • Pork lion
  • Lettuce, tomato, cucumber
  • Heinz light mayonnaise 1 x tbsp (2 Syns)

Dinner

Friday 17th May – Total Syns 1

 

 

Breakfast

  • 2 Weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Strawberries

Lunch

  • Muller light
  • Salad
  • Pork loin

Dinner

  • Pasta n sauce cheese & broccoli
  • Big salad
  • Apple
  • Fresh melon pack from morrisons
  • Splash of skimmed milk (1 Syn)

  • Strawberry Muller Light Greek style yoghurt (1/2 Syn)
  • Apple
  • Bacon no fat & salad
  • 60g wholemeal roll (HEB)
  • grapes

 

Dinner

 

Sunday 19th May – Total Syns 21.5

Breakfast

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 60g wholemeal roll (HEB)
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Quark with sweetener with frozen berries

Lunch & Dinner & snacks as was quite late in day

  • Beef
  • Broccoli
  • Mange tout
  • Baby corn
  • Gravy with meat juices (5 Syns)
  • 2 x roast potatoes (5 Syns)
  • Basic Yorkshire pudding x 1 (4.5 Syns)
  • Cadbury freddo frog (5 Syns)
  • Flora light (2 Syns)
  • More quark with sweetener

  • 5 new potaoes – added to stir fry

    I am just reading you blog and finding it extremely helpful. I’m a Brit but live in Orlando Florida. I am desperately seeking muller light yogurts, but can’t find then here.
    How much have you lost ?
    I have all the info about SW, now just need to put it in to practice. Sadly there are no SW in Orlando. I think Texas is the only state so far.
