Week 9 – No Weigh In – Slimming World Food Diary – Extra Easy Plan

saturday lunch with mum ham saladThis week was a bit of a challenge as I knew I would have to miss weigh in this week so I was already worried about the week ahead.

I had a Wedding Reception on Saturday night, I then was away for 2 days on business in Scotland and was taken out for an Indian meal too and got back home at 10pm so far too late for weigh in. I was as good as I could have been, the fact I was away for 2 days was difficult but think I did ok food wise but judge for yourself. I didn’t drink any alcohol at the wedding as I was driving but they didn’t have diet drinks so I had to make do a little with what was available but it was all free drink anyway and was a fabulous evening.

Thursday 23rd May 2013 – Total Syns 0

 

 

Breakfast

  • 2 weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Strawberries

Lunch

  • Huge Chicken salad all freshly made no sauce (Lunch out of office)
  • Bunch of grapes
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • Tomato and herb pasta n sauce with peppers and onions mixed in
  • apple


Friday 24th May – Total Syns 12

Breakfast

  • 2 Weetabix (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Frozen berries & quark
  • Strawberries

Lunch

  • 2 weight watchers sausages (1 Syn)
  • Cheese n broccoli pasta n sauce mixed with peppers & onions
  • 2 x apples
  • Muller greek style yogurt (0.5 Syns)

Dinner

  • 1 ww sausage (0.5 Syns)
  • 2 bacon medallions
  • Salad, some pasta n sauce left over from lunch and new potatoes
  • Heinz light mayonnaise (4 Syns)
  • 2 x dairylea light triangles (3 Syns)
  • 2 original ryvita (3 Syns)

  • Salad with ham, beef, pasta, new potatoes (lunch out with mum)

Dinner (Emily’s Wedding)

  • Beef & ham
  • White bread 800g x2 (10 Syns)
  • Wedding cake small piece chocolate (est 12 Syns)
  • Larger shandy (half pint est 3.5 Syns)
  • Water
  • A couple of biscuits and 3 or 4 Cadbury heros

Lunch & Dinner & snacks as was quite late in day

  • Chicken salad with jacket potato with 2 kraft dairylea light triangles (3 Syns)
  • Peppers and onions and 2 WW sausages (1.5 Syns)
  • Walkers quavers crisps (4.5 Syns)
  • Foxs ginger crunch biscuit (3.5 Syns)

  • Grapes & banana

Lunch

  • Chicken salad with pasta
  • Blue dragon chilli sauce 1 tbsp (2 Syns)

Dinner (Indian taken out for dinner)

  • Tandoori chicken for starters (6 Syns)
  • Chicken rogan josh (9.5 Syns)
  • Boiled rice

 

Wednesday 15th May – Total Syns – 15

Breakfast (in hotel)

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 35 g bran flakes
  • Bacon
  • Egg
  • Tomatoes and mushrooms
  • Baked beans
  • Wholemeal Toast (4 Syns)
  • Pork sausage (5.5 Syns)

Lunch

  • Chicken salad and some noodles

Dinner

  • Chicken in black bean sauce (5.5 Syns)
  • Boiled rice
