Week 2 – Darn Bodily Functions – Gained ½ Lb – Slimming World Food Diary – Original Plan

baked salmon jacket potato and saladThis week was a bit of a disappointment weigh wise, ladies bodily functions always get in the way of weight loss so 3 weeks out of a 4 week month its great but then one week is always a dodgy/annoying week with water retention etc. I am totally commitment none the less and you will see below what I ate this week and I tried some lovely recipes from the Little Book of Sauces I bought last week too. I even tried Salmon which I have never eaten before, Syns this week were slightly higher than the previous week 1’s diary but I am completely happy I did nothing wrong and followed the plan and I even tried the SW Hi Fi mint crunch bars which were lovely.

Thursday 4th April 2013 – Total Syns 9

Breakfast

  • 2 Weetabix (HEB)
  • Melon (variety of types)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)

  • Ham x 2 slices
  • Beef x 2 slices
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Peppers
  • Cucumber
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Hi Fi Bar, mint crunch (6 Syns)

  • SW Berry Burst Cheesecake Mousse no biscuit base (2 Syns)

Dinner

  • SW coleslaw (cabbage /white/red & carrots & salad cream) – (4 Syns)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Peppers
  • Cucumber
  • Bake Salmon topped with mixed herbs
  • Cheese 2 x slices be good to yourself (9 Syns) – ate these before calculating Syns – won’t do this again as waste of Syns

  • 1 x SW Burger
  • Salad in burger (tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber)
  • Snicker Bars (15 Syns)
