Week 4 – 1.5Lbs Lost – A Great Week – Slimming World Food Diary – Original Plan

So this week I followed the original plan again determined that the loss would show this week and it did, I am so pleased to have lost this week after a couple of dodgy TOTM week and a maintained week I was starting to get very frustrated.

One thing I did do this week is ensure for one of the HEB choices I upped my fibre to include either 200g boiled new potatoes or a 230g jacket potato and not replace so many HEB with Hi Fi Bars. I am totally chuffed this week which brings my total weight loss to date of 3 stone 5 lbs :-)

I am going for 2lbs this next week to get my half stone award with Slimming World which will be awesome and I promise more before and after pict5ure if I do it :-)

  • 1 ½ shredded wheat (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana

Lunch

  • ½ slice of 400g wholemeal bread (1.5 Syns – HEB)
  • Bacon (no fat)
  • Apple
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • Cod in parsley sauce
  • 3 Syns – for ½ packet of Sainsbury parsley sauce mix made with HEA milk
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Raspberries
  • Slimming World Hi Fi Bar (6 Syns)
