Week 6 – Gained 1/2 Lb – Cross.com – Slimming World Food Diary – Original Plan

After the horrid week I had last week with our poor cat having to be put to sleep I DID NOT go and binge out on bad foods at all, something I would have done a few months back so I was stunned when I had gained a ½ lb.

It is Thursday (take a look) which I think messed it up for me and took me over my Syns for the week – along with the facts it was bodily function dodge week :-) so I reckon I am due a big loss – this next week is going to be it :-)

Plan Followed – Original Plan (apart from Friday which was Extra Easy)

Thursday 2nd May 2013 – Total Syns 72

 

Breakfast

  • 35g bran flakes (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana

Lunch

  • No dinner – it was our annual Bauer Media Magazine & Digital awards in London so quite a bit of alcohol was consumed together with a fine dining pudding which I have no idea how bad the syns were but I would say 15 if I had to guess maybe more.

Dinner

  • Fillet steak
  • Sautee potatoes (HEB)
  • Fine dining chocolate mousse for pudding…yum (15 Syns)
  • 3 glasses of champagne (18 Syns)
  • 5 glasses of wine (30 Syns)
  • 2 jack Daniels & diet coke (9 Syns)

Friday 3rd May – Total Syns 3

 

Breakfast

  • 60g roll (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Egg, bacon (no fat) mushrooms

Lunch

  • Was very late when I got up so breakfast became dinner
  • Apple x2

Dinner

  • Cod
  • Parsley sauce (3 Syns)
  • 200g new potatoes (HEB)
  • Mange tout
  • Baby corn
  • Raspberries

Saturday 4th May – Total Syns 12.5

 

Breakfast

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 35g brand flakes (HEB)
  • Banana

Lunch

  • Grapes, melon, apple, strawberries fresh fruit salad
  • McDonalds chicken and bacon (grilled) salad no dressing (1.5 Syns)

 

Dinner

  • Tesco simply heat bbq pulled pork should (FREE)
  • 200g new potatoes (HEB)
  • Peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
  • Strawberries
  • 5 original ryvta (7.5 not worth the syns at all)
  • Tesco everyday value coleslaw (3.5 Syns)

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 35g bran flakes (HEB)
  • Banana

Lunch & Dinner – we had a slimming world style BBQ

  • 200g new potatoes
  • Chicken kebabs (chicken no fat, chunks of pepper, mushrooms & onions)
  • Pork & apple burger
  • 2 x morrisons nu me sausages less 50% fat (6 Syns)
  • Low fat mayonnaise 1 tbsp (2 Syns)
  • Eggs, salad, red onion
  • Piece of steak (no fat)
  • Fresh fruit salad

 

Monday 29th April – Total Syns 8.5

Breakfast

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 35g bran flakes

 

Lunch & Dinner – we had a slimming world style BBQ

  • 60g wholemeal roll (HEB)
  • Pork and apple burger
  • Salad, red onions, eggs, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
  • Fresh fruit salad
  • Pork lion (no fat)
  • 2 x Morrisons nu me sausages less 50% fat (6 Syns)
  • Low fat mayonnaise 1 tbsp (2 Syns)
  • SW Mousse (1/2 Syn)

 

Tuesday 30th April – Total Syns 8

Breakfast

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 35g bran flakes (HEB)
  • Banana

Lunch

  • Pork loin & 1 x morrisons sausage (3 Syns) salad with sweet chilli sauce (2 Syns)
  • 200g new potatoes (HEB)
  • Apple
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • Chicken stir fry with beansprouts, peppers, mushrooms, onions
  • Alpen light bar (3 Syns)

  • 2 x Weetabix (HEB)

  • Salad
  • Cadbury dair milk marvellous creations popping candy bar (12 Syns)
  • Cadbury dairy milk chunks yoghurt (11.5 Syns NOT WORTH IT AT ALL)
