Week 7 – Maintained – Slimming World Food Diary – Original Plan

mc porky tower burgerDisappointed this week as I maintained, I have only lost 5.5 lbs. in 6 weigh ins so far so having spoken to our lovely slimming world group and talked options over with everyone original isn’t working for me for some reason so I am going to try extra easy plan for a while and see what happens but I had a good week food wise which is why I am so frustrated I maintained. I did not buy any hi fi bars this week as I think this maybe part of my issue on Syn use.

Extra easy better like me on the scales next week – I have 14 weeks to go to my wedding dress final fitting and I really want to lose 2 stone so here goes….

 

 

Plan Followed – Original Plan

 

Thursday 9th May 2013 – Total Syns 3.5

Breakfast

  • 35g bran flakes (HEB)
  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • Banana
  • Raspberries

Lunch

  • 2 eggs boiled
  • Lettuce, tomato, cucumber
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • 230g baking potato (HEB)
  • Baked salmon
  • Salad, beetroot and a boiled egg
  • Strawberries
  • Dair crest clover light 1 tbsp (3.5 Syns)

Friday 10th May – Total Syns 11

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)

  • Raspberries

  • Another sweet omelette
  • Syn free sausage
  • Low Fat mayonnaise 2 tbsp (4 Syns)

 

Dinner

  • 200g new potatoes (HEB)
  • Salad
  • SW burger
  • Raspberries

 

Sunday 12th May – Total Syns 19

Breakfast

  • 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
  • 35g bran flakes (HEB)
  • Banana

Lunch & Dinner & snacks as was quite late in day

  • 200g new potatoes
  • SW sausages x 3
  • Broccoli
  • Muller light
  • Devon custard (5 Syns)
  • Gravy mix chicken (2 Syns)
  • Hi fi bar x 2 (12 Syns)
