Ingredients
- 245g of chicken (skinless and remove all fat you can reduce chicken if its too much)
- 40g of brown rice
- 40g green pepper
- 40g spring onion
- 1 -2 level tsp Scwartz chargrilled chicken spice
- 1tsp of cambridge vegetable flavour (or stock)
- Frylight spray oil
Instructions
- Add cold water to a pan and boil
- Add 1 tsp of cambridge vegetable flavouring or stock and stir
- Add rice to the water and cook until rice is soft (15-20 minutes)
- Slice the chicken into strips
- Slice peppers and onion into strips
- Place chicken in a wok, with frylight & sprinkle the chargrilled chicken spice
- Cook chicken through (5-6 minutes)
- Add peppers and onions to the chicken and cook for further 3-4 minutes
- Add the cooked rice to the chicken, onion and peppers
- Mix together
- Serve immediately
