Chicken, Leek & Potato Soup-410 Calories (Serves 1)

chicken leek and potato soupThis soup is really filling, I made this tonight as I have been suffering with a cold for a few days and didn’t want anything to much to eat. This soup was more than enough for me and could easily have served two people :-)

Free on Extra Easy, Original (if using 200g new potatoes as HEB)

It is also appropriate for step 3 of the Cambridge Weight Plan but don’t forget the 50 calories of fruit for afters. You can also reduce the chicken to 175g and remove the potatoes for step 2 & sole source + plans too.
