  • 245g of chicken (skin removed)
  • 80g of leeks
  • Sprinkle of Schwartz perfect shake garlic Italian herb & spice blend
  1. Spray fry light on a griddle & turn onto high heat to start (can cook in oven also)
  2. Coat the chicken with fry light
  3. Then sprinkle on the Italian garlic herb & spice
  4. Place the chicken on the griddle
  5. Turn heat down & cook for around 15 minutes turning chicken every 4 minutes
  6. Coat a small frying pan with fry light
  7. Add the chopped leek into the pan & cook on a high heat until soft & brown
  8. Place the chicken on a plate & serve with the leeks
