It looks and tastes great and is a quick recipe I put together whilst following the Cambridge weight plan. I was trying to make my food interesting within the boundaries of the plan but I would eat this even if I was not following a diet plan as it taste fab and is really quick to make.
Suitable if you are following Cambridge Weight Plan Sole Source + plan or use 245g of chicken if following Step 2. Enjoy!

Chargrilled chicken made in a really simple way

Ingredients
- 170g Chicken breast (all visible fat & skin removed)
- 40g Green Pepper (sliced)
- 40g Mushrooms (peeled and quartered)
- 5-6 sprays of Fry Light spray oil
- 1 Level tbsp of Schwartz Chargrilled Chicken
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180c
- Slice the chicken into strips
- Slice the green pepper into long strips
- Peel & quarter the mushrooms
- Take a non stick oven tray and lightly spray with fry light
- Put the chicken, peppers and mushrooms into a bowl and add the Schwartz Chargrilled chicken
- Spray the contents of the bowl with fry light oil spray 4-5 times
- Mix together
- Pour onto the oven tray and spread out (to ensure the chicken cooks properly)
- Pop in the oven for 10 minutes
- Then turn the chicken over and cook for further 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve
