Simple Egg & Chips – 410 Calories (serves1)

eggs chips and saladOK so this is not a ground breaking recipe :-) but I was looking at my food list on Step 3 last night and fancied something a bit naughty but healthy at the same time and of course within my allowed food so I decided to use 2 eggs as my protein, chips made from the new potato allowance and some greens as my 80g vegetable selection but this is healthy meal for anyone, not just if you are following Cambridge Weight Plan. A timeless favorite, quick to prepare.
