Chicken Korma Slimming World Style & 1 Syn on Extra Easy
Chicken Korma is pretty much the only Indian dish I ever eat whether I am at home or out for an Indian meal. People say to me it isn’t a curry
but I love it, as I tend to love food which is creamy and loaded with calories.
BUT this chicken Korma recipe has all the flavour of a proper Indian takeaway but is only 1 Syn on the extra easy plan.
If you can find a syn free coconut yoghurt that would work much better than the coconut and lime I used.
You could also make this syn free by not adding the honey however after I tasted the Korma I felt it needed sweetening up a little so I put the honey in as it takes away the sour taste of the yoghurt a little.
Give the recipe a try and let us know what you think in the comments section below I think it is superb

sounds fab, do you think this would work in the slow cooker?
I cooked this recipe last night,it was awesome.very easy to make and very well put together.coudnt get my hands on coconut and lime yogurts so i used Mullerlight coconut and vanilla which worked very well. This recipe us highly recommended and well worth giving a try. Thanks very much.
Thanks for this great idea. I agree that kormas are amazing and shop-bought ones rarely taste of creamy coconut.
Tried this today, had to tweak as I couldn’t get quark so used some low-cal coconut milk & teaspoons of almonds. I think it made it about 3-4 syns per person, but still worth it.
Not at all oily like some curries from takeaways which was a definite plus. Really really happy with the result! Yum yum.
I love this recipe and iv made it a few times. However now I have a new job I don’t have as much time at night to make meals so want to start making batches to freeze. Can this be frozen or not? Especially with the dairy content?
