KFC Chicken – Slimming World Style – Syn Free on EE & Original
This KFC Chicken recipe is free if you use your Weetabix as your HEB choice on Extra Easy or Original.
It tastes fabulous and has a lovely crunch to it. I didn’t fancy the smash or other coatings I have seen people use for this and saw this idea of Weetabix for the coating, KFC chicken is probably one of the foods I miss the most on Slimming World, but hey as I have said before there is a healthy alternative to any meal.
This recipe serves 2 and me and my other half thoroughly enjoy it with Slimming World Chips which are also syn free
You can totally have most things on Slimming World and this style of KFC chicken is no exception. Give this recipe a try and let us know what you think in the comments section below. I am definitely going to be doing this one again this weekend

This was lovely….my husband and toddler loved it too. I have leftovers-do you think they would freeze ok? I might make a big batch and freeze to heat in the oven another day or would the coating go soggy? I will definately be making this again
Hey there I haven’t tried freezing always do from fresh, I think it is possible they would go soggy if you freeze them in batch and then defrost, would be interested to know if you give it a go x
