Pork & Apple Burgers – Makes 8 Burgers – Syn Free on Slimming World

slimming world burgerI love Pork & Apple Burgers but was weary of buying them from the Super Markets as I prefer Syn Free options where ever possible so decided to make my own quick recipe. Surprisingly they are really easy to make and taste great in a nice roll and some salad and you can really taste the lovely apple in it, they would be fab on a BBQ. You could even add some bacon and it would still be Syn Free. I highly recommend giving these a go, there is no need to use eggs and breadcrumbs to bind it, keep it simple, tasty and most of all Syn Free :-)

With barbeque season hopefully on the approach now I also have a Syn Free Sausages recipe here and have lots of lovely feedback from Slimming World members that they they love them so go give them a try too.

Remember when using mince you must get Extra Lean Mince not just lean mince to ensure it remains Syn Free
