I hate bland food which is why this little book appealed to me so much.
I am a bit of a novice in the kitchen but I made the Parsley Sauce, Roasted Tomato & Pepper (I had over a pork lion and was lovely) and the Creamy Mushroom & Chive Sauce, which I used in my Chicken, Leek, Mushroom Pasta recipe at the weekend. I have to say they all tasted very nice in deed for homemade sauces which I have never tried before and really brought the food alive.
All in all a fab little food, tasty recipes and a snip at £3.95
Which sauce recipes have you tried and what did you think ???????????
