Group Success – 621 Lbs Lost In 6 Weeks – Well Done Everyone

facebook groupsI just wanted to share this with everyone as I participate in a fabulous Facebook group for Cambridge Dieters having lost 3 stone on it myself in the last 18 weeks, the support has been fantastic I am so pleased I found the group, its been a lifesaver…

Approx 40 people (lots more in the group though), from the 16th February to the 30th March, Easter Challenge,  we have lost a total of 621lbs which is around 44 stone WOW! amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it and have support and help around you.

Next challenge is a “May Day challenge” and I have put myself down for a stone loss and I am determined to achieve it :-) and lots of other people have committed too so I think we can surpass the Easter challenge loss, lets all give it a darn good go ladies & gents.

The admin of the group does a fab job of setting these challenges and keeping people motivated so well done to her and also for setting up the group. If you are a Cambridge Diet Participant drop me a comment below if you want to be a part of the group ( I haven’t directly shared the URL of the group in this post)

This is why it is important to have these short term weight loss goals so we can see the longer term goal get nearer and nearer as we go, this is how I look at it and I take it a stone at a time and I know I will reach my 6 stone total loss in 2 or 3 months the way I am doing it and anyone with the right support can do this too :-)
